40th Sparkling Brut Cuvée

This cuvée represents a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Edna Valley made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise method. This sparkling wine opens with aromas of crisp apple, pear, citrus, and honeysuckle. A delicate dance of bubbles leads to a lively palate with flavors of brioche and lemon curd with a nice long finish.
