CELLAR CLUB TERMS I certify that I am 21 years or older. Wine shipments will be automatically charged to my credit card account prior to each shipment. An adult signature is required by law for all deliveries to the shipping address provided. I am responsible for all costs incurred if my wine shipment is returned to the winery for re-shipment. Cancellation of membership must be received and confirmed 30 days prior to the wine shipment and after 3 shipments. If Club Membership is cancelled prior to receiving 3 shipments, customer must pay difference of discounts received on all purchases and a $25 processing fee will be charged. "Pick-up" wines not picked up within 30 days of notification are subject to be shipped at club member's expense. ABC Regulations prohibit the return of wine or other alcoholic beverages for credit.
